Yum is also the sound of the Heart Chakra. (Spelled yam, pronounced yum), it awakens and vibrates the qualities of the Heart: Compassion, Unconditional Love, Harmony, Calm, Centeredness, the Healing Presence.
As a spiritual mentor for nearly 20 years, I've been hearing -- from clients, audiences and my friends -- for years...
